Mission of the Role
The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate day-to-day HR operations across Amplify Capital, EverForge Holdings and their respective portfolio companies, including businesses acquired or formed in the future. This is a hands-on role for a developing HR professional who can maintain practical systems, support managers and deliver reliable day-to-day service throughout the employee lifecycle, with guidance from firm leadership and outside HR and legal advisors.
Working directly with a designated leadership sponsor and portfolio-company operators, you will maintain practical, repeatable HR processes, help managers apply approved policies consistently and identify staffing needs and employee concerns early. Firm leadership will approve workforce budgets and consequential employment decisions. Outside advisors will support complex legal and employee relations matters, with a clear escalation path for urgent concerns.
Key Outcomes and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate HRIS data and secure personnel records; manage onboarding, employment changes and offboarding, including documentation, employee communications and coordination of access removal.
- Maintain and administer approved handbooks, policies and manager guidance appropriate to each employer. Monitor applicable employment requirements and coordinate with counsel on wage and hour, classifications, leave, accommodations and sensitive employment actions.
Recruiting and Employee Development

Acquisition Integration and Portfolio Growth
- Support HR due diligence by reviewing workforce data, compensation, benefits, employment arrangements and potential liabilities, with appropriate advisors.
